A Safe Space to Talk, Heal and Grow

Hi I’m Ana. I’m a fully qualified therapist. I work with NHS, Corporate and private clients, with a variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, abuse, loss, bereavement, self confidence, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, work-related stress, panic disorders, anger management, women’s health, LGBTQIA+, social skills, trauma, relationship issues, divorce or separation in the family.

 

You may be overwhelmed, overthinking, lost or just want to talk to someone who isn’t a friend, family member or colleague. I offer a space, where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgement. A space where you can talk openly and honestly, to work through whatever you are struggling with. 

 

You may want to focus on issues from your past, present, or both. I will be alongside you, to make sense of your world and together we will develop new coping strategies, to take steps towards positive change.

 

Therapy can help you become, the version of yourself you want to be. It’s valuable tool if you’re looking for personal growth, increased self awareness or improved coping skills.
