*A Wellbeing Check-in is not a therapeutic session, it’s a safe supportive space led by a qualified therapist. Clients will be signposted to access appropriate therapeutic or specialist support where necessary.

Therapy is flexible and there are different types. You might choose short term sessions, to focus on a specific issue or longer term support for ongoing growth and reflection.

Couples Counselling

There are lots of reasons why couples can benefit from therapy together.  Perhaps it’s a financial issue, different parenting styles, a family conflict or you may have different goals and values. You may be experiencing a lack of trust, jealously, an affair, have different sexual needs or other sexual issues. The earlier you address problems within your relationship, the easier it may become to stop them escalating.

Walking in nature can calm the mind, reduce anxiety and boost wellbeing. You can find a fresh perspective by swapping our therapy room for a peaceful walk and one to one talk outdoors. Walking routes are agreed in advance and arranged to suit all abilities.
