Regular, supportive one-to-one conversations can help you maintain good mental health and emotional balance. You may be noticing early signs of stress or worrying about a forthcoming event. Setting simple, realistic wellbeing goals can help you manage your emotions and prevent overwhelm.
*A Wellbeing Check-in is not a therapeutic session, it’s a safe supportive space led by a qualified therapist. Clients will be signposted to access appropriate therapeutic or specialist support where necessary.

Introductory Call

This is a relaxed call that gives us a chance to meet each other via telephone or video call.
You don't need to prepare anything. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
There is no pressure to take it any further, I always recommend speaking to a few therapists first, you'll know when it feels right, and I urge you to trust that feeling


Regular, supportive one-to-one conversations help to maintain good mental health, emotional wellbeing.

1-2-1 Therapy

The first step can feel daunting but you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Think of your first session as a conversation.
You don’t need a clear plan. Just come as you are.
Together we’ll explore what’s been happening in your life and what’s brought you here.
There’s no pressure or rush to tell me everything at once.
My role isn’t to judge or tell you what decisions to make, instead I offer a supportive space to make sense of what’s going on in your world and start exploring what you need to move forward.

Sometimes the most helpful place to start isn’t as a couple.
