Taking the first step can feel daunting. You probably spent a longer than you care to admit dealing with this on your own.

Finding the right therapist is a fundamental part of the counselling process.

 

Feeling comfortable and connected is key to your overall experience and outcome. 

The best way to discover if we are a good fit for each other is to meet, either by telephone or video call. 

That's why I offer the free introductory call. 

There is no pressure to take it any further.

I always recommend speaking to a few therapists first, you'll know when it feels right, and I urge you to trust that feeling

How I work

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an assessment.

 

I offer you a calm space, in a relaxed rural setting where you can be real and honest about what you're experiencing. 

Together we can take steps towards change. 

Change doesn't have to be dramatic.

 

it doesn't mean a complete overhaul of your life.

 

It's simply looking at new ways of managing the demands you face so you can move forward in a positive way.
